Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints;
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Take and relay messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable;
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information;
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area;
  • Open the offices in the morning and lock the front door in the evening;
  • Greet and welcome visitors and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival;
  • Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image;
  • Provide administrative and general support to The Constellation operations;
  • Manage incoming mails and distribute it accordingly
  • Provide logistical support to meetings and to include preparation of meeting and conference rooms and assist in arrangements;
  • Provide administrative support and other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

 

Requirements

  • SPM holder
  • Pleasent and PresentableAt least 3 years working experience in similar functions as above
  • Speaks and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Able to start immediately
