Job Description
- Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints;
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Take and relay messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable;
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information;
- Maintain safe and clean reception area;
- Open the offices in the morning and lock the front door in the evening;
- Greet and welcome visitors and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival;
- Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image;
- Provide administrative and general support to The Constellation operations;
- Manage incoming mails and distribute it accordingly
- Provide logistical support to meetings and to include preparation of meeting and conference rooms and assist in arrangements;
- Provide administrative support and other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Requirements
- SPM holder
- Pleasent and PresentableAt least 3 years working experience in similar functions as above
- Speaks and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year experience
- Able to start immediately
