Job Description

  • Responsible for Admin - housekeeping/security/ maintenance & record
  • Inventory Management - Stationeries, tools & equipments, company vehicles etc
  • Office & branch facilities maintenance - furnitures, electrical items etc
  • Statutory renewals - JPJ, MBPJ, DBKL, rentals
  • Guest welcoming & facilitating
  • Procurement
  • Budgeting
  • Facilitating for all parties and occasion for the company
  • Vendor management
  • Logistics
  • Department coordination

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years working experience in similar functions as above
  • Speaks and write good English and Bahasa Malaysia other language is an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft office; Words, Excel, Powerpoints
  • Independent, meticulous, able to meet deadline
